Independence

Editorial staff decide criteria, scores, and rankings. People who manage commercial relationships don’t see scores before publication and can’t change them.

Vendor input

• Vendors may correct factual errors (pricing, features, availability) with evidence.
• Vendors may not review scores or rationale before publication.
• Evaluation accounts provided by vendors are disclosed in the evidence list.

Corrections

Send corrections to corrections@gtmregistry.com. We reply within five business days. When a correction changes a score or rank, we update the listing’s review date and note what changed.

What we don’t do

• Accept payment for inclusion, placement, or score changes.
• Publish rankings without published criteria.
• Describe a tool as “the best” without saying for whom and by which criteria.
